另一方面,主辦中藥廚房的阪口珠未女士建議 :「牛油果中含有很多人日常攝取不足的必須脂肪酸~ n-3 系油脂成分,食用牛油果有加快血流、恢復疲勞和鎮定情緒的作用。」搭配蛋白質提高代謝
