哮喘管理新紀元，零距離對話鄭勁平教授！

這項為期52周的隨機、雙盲、多中心、平行對照研究證實，早期吸入布地奈德/福莫特羅可降低輕度哮喘患者癥狀和急性發作風險，為輕度哮喘提供了一種新的有效而安全的治療選擇，對於哮喘初始治療方案的優化具有裡程碑式的意義。

今天，小編有幸在美國採訪到了該研究的主要參與者——廣州呼吸健康研究院鄭勁平教授，請他來為我們介紹一下他對於SYGMA研究的觀點。

總結

■ 29國流調數據顯示：50%-70%的哮喘患者為輕度哮喘；

■ 輕度哮喘患者氣道中的炎症同樣也是持續始終存在的；

■ 中國輕度哮喘患者依賴短效支氣管舒張劑，而短效支氣管舒張劑僅能對症治療，不能抗炎。其過度使用會導致患者就醫不及時，增加急性發作和死亡風險；

■ SYGMA研究結果證實，早期吸入布地奈德/福莫特羅可降低輕度哮喘患者癥狀和急性發作風險；

■ 從臨床角度而言，對慢性咳嗽患者（持續3-8周或以上）需認真檢查，若診斷為咳嗽變異型哮喘或輕度哮喘，即應儘快給予布地奈德福莫特羅按需治療（SYGMA輕度哮喘治療模式），對於真實世界的病人應該是一種較好的選擇。

SYGMA研究結果提示了更為有效的哮喘早期管理方案，即布地奈德/福莫特羅按需治療。正如鄭教授所呼籲，應加強醫生和公眾教育，提高對哮喘尤其是早期哮喘的關注，加快規範化治療策略的推廣和實施，以期為更多哮喘患者帶來福音。
