頒獎典禮在7月舉行
2018年世界MMA大獎（World MMA Awards）各個獎項的提名於日前公布。作為當今世界最頂級的MMA組織，UFC依然領跑了大部分提名。
其中麥克斯-霍洛威（Max Holloway）、狄米崔斯-約翰遜（Demetrious Johnson） 、羅伯特-維泰克爾（Robert Whittaker）都入選了“年度最佳格鬥選手”的提名，而克里斯蒂安-賈斯蒂諾（Cristiane Justino）和羅斯-娜瑪尤納斯（Rose Namajunas）入選了“年度最佳女性格鬥選手”的提名。現任UFC輕重量級冠軍丹尼爾-科米爾（Daniel Cormier）則位列“年度最具魅力個人”的名單之中。
拳迷可以在網上進行投票來支持自己喜歡的選手和比賽，最終結果將於美國時間7月3日於拉斯維加斯舉行的第10屆MMA頒獎典禮上公布。
