華為最新回應：因個人原因涉嫌違反當地法律，終止雇傭關係

1月12日晚間，觀察者網最新從華為方面獲悉，波蘭代表處員工王偉晶因個人原因涉嫌違反波蘭法律而被逮捕調查，該事件對華為的全球聲譽造成了不良影響，依據公司勞動合約相關管理規定，華為決定立刻終止與王偉晶的雇傭關係。華為方面還表示，公司一直遵守業務所在國的所有適用法律法規，合規經營，並要求所有員工遵守所在國法律法規。

華為波蘭代表處員工王偉晶因個人原因涉嫌違反波蘭法律而被逮捕調查，該事件對華為的全球聲譽造成了不良影響，依據公司勞動合約相關管理規定，華為決定立刻終止與王偉晶的雇傭關係。

華為公司一直遵守業務所在國的所有適用法律法規，合規經營，並要求所有員工遵守所在國法律法規。

（Huawei has decided to terminate the employment of Mr. Wang Weijing, who was arrested on suspicion of breaking Polish law. His alleged actions have no relation to the company. In accordance with the terms and conditions of Huawei’s labor contract, we have made this decision because the incident in question has brought Huawei into disrepute.

Huawei complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where it operates, and we require every employee toabide by the laws and regulations in the countries where they are based.）
