說到世界範圍內擁有長壽企業最多的國家，您一定會想到日本。這些企業現狀如何呢？據日本商業信用調查公司帝國數據銀行的最新統計，2018財年擁有100年以上歷史的老牌企業，其倒閉、歇業及解散數量為465家，刷新了2000財年以來的最高紀錄。

數據顯示，從倒閉數量來看，2018財年同比增加28％，增至101家。從行業分類來看，零售業的倒閉、停業及解散數量最多，合計達167家，佔所有行業的36％。其次是製造業，有103家，創下2000財年以來的最高值。據該公司統計，截至2019年1月，日本國內擁有100年以上歷史的企業共有3萬3千多家。

堅持“顧客和國貨至上”的價值觀、恪守“誠信經營”的理念，加上做到極致的匠人精神，成就了日本百年、甚至千年企業。分析認為，日本人手短缺導致企業難以找到接班人，原材料費用上漲，是造成當前這些長壽企業難以為繼的主要原因。

摩根大通宣布推出摩根大通營運資金指數，該指數可用於企業與業內公司對標營運資金表現。

J.P.　Morgan　announced　the　launch　of　the　J.P.　Morgan　Working　Capital　Index，　which　enables　companies　to　benchmark　their　working　capital　performance　against　industry　peers.

對多數尋求優化營運資金管理的公司來說，與同業對標通常是其邁出的第一步。然而由於缺少獲取行業數據的可靠渠道，可以進行高效業內對標的工具非常有限。

Industry　benchmarking　is　typically　the　first　step　for　many　companies　looking　to　optimize　their　working　capital，　but　there　are　limited　tools　available　to　do　this　effectively，　primarily　because　of　the　lack　of　access　to　reliable　industry　data.

摩根大通營運資金指數追蹤並整合標準普爾1500綜合指數成份股的營運資金指標，其中包括規模和影響力在全球均名列前茅的多家公司，外界可以通過該指數更好地了解這些公司的營運資金表現。

By　capturing　and　consolidating　the　working　capital　metrics　from　the　companies　listed　on　the　S＆P　Composite　1500　index，　it　provides　valuable　insights　for　firms　into　the　working　capital　performance　of　some　the　world’s　largest　and　most　influential　companies.

在推出新指數的同時，摩根大通還發布了一份報告，解析2011年至2018年的營運資金主要趨勢。

In　addition　to　the　launch　of　the　new　index，　J.P.　Morgan　also　published　a　report　on　working　capital　trends　from　2011　to　2018.

摩根大通報告顯示，2011年至2018年，在優化營運資金方面取得顯著進展的前三個行業是公用事業、耐用消費品及物流；同期營運資金管理表現不佳的行業包括航空航天和國防、半導體、傳媒。

The　industries　that　have　shown　the　most　improvement　in　optimizing　working　capital　between　2011　and　2018　are　utilities，　consumer　staples　and　logistics.　Sectors　that　have　been　challenged　over　the　same　period　include　aerospace　and　defense，　semiconductors　and　media，　according　to　the　report.

星展銀行實現大灣區內跨境收付款全面電子化

DBS　Launches　1st　Digital　Cross　Border　Settlements　Solution　In　Bay　Area

星展銀行（中國）有限公司（“星展中國”）宣布推出“星展e匯通”服務平台，成為首家在大灣區實現一站式跨境收付款的數字化和全程智能審單的外資銀行。該平台的推出旨在全面提高企業跨境收付款的效率和體驗，讓銀行服務能更貼近數字化時代企業的需求。

DBS　Bank　（China）　announced　the　launch　of　DBS　DigiDocs　in　the　Greater　Bay　Area　（“GBA”），　enabling　complete　digitalisation　of　cross　border　settlements　for　businesses　in　the　region.As　the　first　foreign　bank　to　offer　this　capability　in　GBA，　cross－border　collections　will　now　be　faster　and　more　convenient，　with　immediate　notification　of　incoming　remittances.

DBS　DigiDocs　will　allow　API　connectivity　to　the　Customs　Authorities　platform　in　GBA.　This　means　that　the　complicated　and　time－consuming　industry　practice　of　filling　out　remittance　slips　and　submitting　paper－based　supporting　documents　will　now　be　a　thing　of　the　past.

平台免除了企業前往銀行網點遞交紙質支持文件等繁複流程，現僅需通過網上銀行即可在線完成跨境貨貿即時匯款。

Companies　will　no　longer　need　to　go　to　the　bank　to　submit　a　paper　receipt　confirmation　letter　for　the　online　collection　from　trading　of　goods.

同時得益於智能審單數字化技術，進一步提升企業跨境匯款的處理效率。此外，對於符合條件的跨境收款，企業將即時收到來匯通知，從而實現貨貿收匯全程線上化、實時化。

Customers　can　now　use　online　banking　to　complete　online　orders，　submit　digital　customs　declarations，　book　foreign　exchange　rates　and　send　real－time　remittances，　significantly　improving　cross－border　payments　efficiency，　all　with　a　click　of　their　mouse.

eBay希望借亞馬遜“放價”大賺一筆
