微新聞｜英國肝膽胰外科學會主席Ashley稱讚廣東省中醫院胰腺微創手術fantastic!

2018年11月2日，英國肝膽胰外科學會主席Ashley Dennison教授到訪廣東省中醫院肝膽胰外科-胰腺中心開展肝膽胰學術交流。廣東省中醫院大外科主任、肝膽胰外科學術帶頭人譚志健教授致歡迎辭，並對Ashley教授在肝膽胰外科領域所做的貢獻及學術成就表示由衷欽佩。科室彭建新博士介紹了廣東省中醫院在胰腺、肝臟微創外科方面開展的臨床工作，包括常規化開展腹腔鏡胰腺十二指腸切除術的相關情況；廣東省中醫院胰腺中心特色手術流程——三步法動脈入路LPD、術後快速恢復以及重症胰腺炎微創治療、中醫特色治療情況；腹腔鏡肝葉、肝段切除，中肝葉切除、全腹腔鏡ALPPS等複雜肝切除開展的情況。Ashley教授介紹了英國腹腔鏡胰腺手術的開展情況及胰腺癌的治療現狀，並做了主題為「胰腺擴大切除（The role of extended pancreatic resections）」的學術報告。Ashley教授表示對廣東省中醫院的肝膽胰微創手術有濃厚的興趣。

隨後進行的手術演示中，廣東省中醫院大外科主任譚志健教授、胰腺中心鍾小生主任進行了腹腔鏡胰十二指腸切除術，演示獨創的譚氏三步法動脈入路、「咽喉」區域解剖技術，乾脆利落，3小時順利完成手術 。Ashley教授在手術室全程觀摩手術過程，不時與譚教授交流手術規範化流程、技巧，Ashley教授稱讚廣東省中醫院胰腺微創手術fantastic，對譚教授團隊的手術技巧及術中的各種優化措施表示驚嘆。了解到病人術後第一天就能自行下地活動，令他印象深刻，Ashley教授表示有機會希望進一步開展交流。

Professor Ashley Dennison

Ashley is presently President of the Great Britain and Ireland Hepato-Pancreatico-Biliary Association, President of the Pancreatic Society of Great Britain and Ireland. His main clinical and research interests relate to the treatment of pancreatic adenocarcinoma, islet cell transplantation following total pancreatectomy for chronic pancreatitis and the immunological and metabolic consequences of intravenous lipids. He has the largest European experience of pancreatectomy followed by islet cell autotransplantation for chronic pancreatitis and is at present investigating the potential clinical applications of pancreatic ductal cells (intermediate cells). His interest in lipids has recently resulted in trials in acute pancreatitis and sepsis in the intensive care setting.
